Canadian Students for Darfur invites you to be part of changing the alarming situation in
Darfur by starting a chapter of CSFDarfur in your school and subsequently taking on the role
of Chapter Coordinator. We will provide all the information you need to get started.
Canadian Students for Darfur (CSFDarfur) is an organization founded and operated by
students whose mission is to increase public awareness throughout Canada about the ongoing
crisis in Darfur; fundraise to assist aid agencies working in Darfur, and urging the Canadian
government to become further involved in resolving the crisis. The role of chapter
coordinators will be to start a chapter and to promote the efforts of CSFDarfur. Chapters
will have the flexibility to decide their own activities and structure and will assist
CSFDarfur with recruitment and implementation of future plans and activities including the
upcoming the International Solidarity Fast for Darfur with funds going to the Darfur fund.
